As you noted in your original post, if you refi the condo, you're going to be negative cash flow and unlikely to match the rate you currently have on your property.

Some background on my personal finances I contribute the maximum amount that my employer matches on my 401kI am making contributions to a taxable investment account with a 40/60 allocation as a safety net.

I'm probably overthinking this, but I'd rather invest in the right strategy now rather than reworking and/or spending more down the road.And in the case of this newest rental, it will need new locks for the front door, side door and garage service door.I guess I'm not keen on having multiple keys for the same property so mixing and matching the schlage with landlordlocks won't work.
