When you give away the plans, they are not involved with this process, and they would not be interested in being so for plans that you gave away....and, all or most of these plans were designed for one specific client and site.

I'd suggest you go through the preliminary site plan approval process and get a site plan approved.

Picture a developer that purchases a piece of land and has sites to build on (or build model homes).

Being able to bring verification of ownership from the seller is key.  

So, as an investor is making an offer through a Real Estate agent/Broker using OPM, what type of verification and verbiage do you supply to the seller to show your ability to buy?

Also, we have witnessed a lot of tenant applicant fraud related to income verification and employment, in addition to identity theft.

I have been finding out the high costs of conversion if the site isn't ideal for it.
