California building code has a minimum standard for noise transfer between floors which is at least 50 STC (sound transmission like voices, tv, etc) and at least 50 IIC (impact noise, people walking or jumping). 

We were recently filmed for a forthcoming tv documentary on shared housing and how it works.

That got me thinking about TV's mounted on the wall and do I assume where the TV should go and run the wires to that spot, or just put them a foot up from the baseboard like normal. 

Maybe he had the right idea of living leisure while I was busting it out - I don't know - but one thing I do know is that I'm now retired and he's not, and has no prospects of ever retiring. 

This one belongs on courtroom tv! 

SMART tv in the living rooms, basic cable in the bedrooms, gas or charcoal grill, indoor and outdoor manly type of entertainment (poker table, darts, fire pit, horse shoes), and lots and lots of artwork that I can not post a picture of on here without the post being removed.

For property owners and business owners, all I hear of is loan applications denied due to no funds left, I worry about those people being able to pay bills but that doesn't make for good tv so.....

I went in and saw that someone had moved some things in, a couch, a TV mounted on the wall.

There were couches, TV's, washers and dryers, kids toys, and a ton of garbage bags all over our front yard and in less than 15 minutes we were going to show this house.
