Questions: Are the surrounding rents in the area similar?

@Jose RayaI've used Tim Henry at Hoffman Weber for a few inspection issues in Denver and surrounding areas.

So a 100 unit apartment will be $25-30k to ensure you have money to fix big ticket items such as roof, HVAC, etc.And I'm not talking about the capex to fix deferred maintenance or to upgrade your property to match the surrounding comps.

My interest areas are Phoenix (and surrounding areas) and Wilmington, NC.

I am looking for other Note Investors in CT or surrounding states to have a regular meetup starting this July. 

I am interested in learning and investing in Detroit and surrounding areas.

Phoenix and the surrounding cities have a higher turnover rate than most of the country.

The value is mostly only in the land since the surrounding properties are all new and are selling between $600K and $900. 

You could rent it out as a parking space, depending on the kind of buildings that surround it.

I've had no vacancy issues in the previous three years of owning property in Seattle and the surrounding area (though they are single family homes) and multiple applicants to showings.
