.- offer water or a snack (doubt it has much help but it doesn't hurt)- ask about their profession, stroke their ego a little by asking questions non stop and helping.

You can’t paint that with a broad stroke - hence why they require a full appraisal to be done on each loan.

My last 2 properties I stroked a check ,  I had to move quickly , I bought " as is " . ( both were in poor shape but  great locations)  No conventional lender would lend due to condition.  

I don't know if I'll have a heart attack or a stroke, so I carry health insurance to cover the risk of lengthy hospitalization. 

By the way , Tom had another bad stroke and really messed up his speech and walking.

With the stroke of that pen, they also eliminated most of the restricted stock offerings to their hourly employees. 

I found BP about a year ago while is was medically recovering and at home all of the time after having a brain anuerism and a stroke when I was 55 years old.

I held a broker license in Texas for about 30 years and I have given it up mainly because of my brain aneurism and stroke I had over 5 years ago.
