The department store category and really big box 60k,100k sq ft buildings etc. selling mainly clothes and then smaller balance clothing stores in malls have been getting pounded the last 6 years.

I recently saw an old big box store in the mid-west that would give you the remainder of their lease for a dollar a year.  

Her husband tries to shoot them out of the tree but misses, she informed.The sheds that are spread out store various junk and chicken coops.  

I'm full now, but 2 of my stores have experienced vacancies of over 24 months at a time. 

My neighbor who manages the property heard some noises in the back yard next store. sometime after we fired the 1st guy.

A couple of the business are redeveloping there store fronts.  

Used to be a jewelry store. 

The town does have a hospital, high school, grocery stores and post office.
