I would stop talking to them about it.

Stop hanging out with your deadbeat buddies who spend all day drinking, talking sports, and otherwise wasting away.

AS I have mentioned 100x, STOP READING BOOKS, and watching videos, a waste of time, its not reality.

What facilitated my switch to Buildium was I if I recall for a year or two Intuit did not put out any new releases of the software and stopped supporting the version I was using.  

Having that deadline pushed me to stop overthinking and start taking action.Another thing that helped was breaking down the process into smaller, more manageable steps.

WF and Chase used to do it but stopped due to COVID.

(I have not signed and returned a copy to the tenants) Within the past week or so while renovating the vacant unit, Ive noticed an unusually high amount of activity pertaining to one of the occupied units i.e. vehicles stopping at the property for short periods of time, the tenant leaving as a passenger in a vehicle, then returing on foot, different people coming and going on foot.

Why stop at small?
