Between it  and chain, both last a long time and require little maintenance, but the vinyl looks so much better and is more functional by blocking visibility. 

I have not lived in the areas, have a friend that lives in Laconia so likely will be looking for a 2-4 unit that we will live in and work on fix and flips to build capital for the next purchase.Appreciate the support everyone! 

What kind of documentation I need to get so I don't lose my capital.A neighbor of mine came with this ask of funding for building houses .

So i wouldn't say it is a bad story yet but it is a bit frustrating.

I think the 10-14% rate is where it will be for the next five or so years personally so plenty of opportunity

Before somebody will refer you to someone, they'd generally want to be sure that you'll buy a property so as to not waste their time for nothing.Hope this helps.

I also assume you’re investing in an area with increasing rents so look at 3-5 years out with increased rents an it better cashflow well if rent isn’t stagnant. 

@Collin Stewart I love house hacking and have been doing so for almost 30 years now.

Liberty is a prime suburb so more of an appreciation play.

So far, I haven't had much luck.
