I will say, we’re not really the latest and greatest kind of people or into virtue signaling when it comes to our cars or really anything.

@Ali Nichols is spot on - development is a good thing, it signals population growth, jobs, and very likely property appreciation.Once you've honed in on a good market, basis (purchase price) is everything.

One other thing since the WiFi can sometimes have a hard time getting inside the trailers from wherever it is broadcast, they have these boosters that you put inside the trailer and they're about $200, and they amplify the signal so that you can get it inside the trailer.  

Given the average construction time of about 14 months for recently completed large industrial projects, this recent pullback in starts signals that by summer 2024, the number of new projects completing construction each quarter will begin to rapidly decline.

A neighbor act's the fool and approaches a dog signaling "stay away" saying "oh it's ok dog's like me" and get's bit.

I plan to purchase an internet plan for the site and install a mesh wireless router system to boost the signal to all 4 tenants.

I am sure there is a market for places for virtue signalers and greeners to stay, but it has to be a small market IMHO.

That way you signal to the seller that you’re not going to nickel-and-dime them asking for a dozen repairs or big concessions; but if any major issues or any immediately-necessary repairs that you can’t handle financially are discovered, you can back out of the deal and get your deposit back.

Is that a signal for long term health? 

We are looking to develop our property and would like the main entrance to our project to align with this intersection, as there's a high chance this will end up signalized.
