I manage around 400 rentals with 14 years of experience and have never been sued once.

I’m here to connect, learn, and share what I pick up along the way as I (probably awkwardly) work toward financial freedom.

On the other hand, I’m hesitant to simply pay down more of a property, as we don’t need the immediate cash flow.Fortunately, both my wife’s job and mine are recession-proof, which allows us to be a bit more aggressive with our investments.I’d really appreciate advice from investors who have experience with frequent moves or military service.

Ideally I'd like the ability to invest in individual stocks of my own choosing (fractional shares is a plus), a diverse option of index funds, and ETFs.Has anyone found a great banking option to have the most flexibility with your HSA investments?

It worked out fine, though each time I got a little less than advertised interest rate (about 9% vs 10%) and I had to send a reminder email to to get my money back, but I did get it back.I ask about others' experience, because I'm still not 100% sure it's not a ponzi.

The only thing you need is experience a model, and a team.  

You can also expect increasing HOA fees, and there may be some problems renting a property inside a difficult.You don't have any experience, prices are at an all-time high, and rates are also high.
