THANKSROB L I am not sure about subject to but as far as lease option - I am assuming you are doing a straight lease option (L/O) since you did not say sandwich L/O. 

I went looking for their reviews and lo and behold, I found many on the BBB website... but, what solidified what I had already learned about them, was their TACKY, UNPROFESSIONAL responses to everyone who shared their negative experiences about the company. 

@Jerry Lo Your options with most conventional loans will depend on your W2 income, credit score, DTI, etc-- as the sole income source.
