I am thankful I avoided the monster boom towns like Douglas and Casper.

If they have a generator system inside as heavily blockaded underground as suggested, it will need a monster venting system to take heat and gaseous byproducts out of the facility to not kill the staff - that means weaknesses exposed to the outside.

Do your due diligence fast with a title search and appraisal and complete personal inspection.That's easy and skip any junker monsters...there are tons of deals out there no matter what they say...it is easy to find from you desk top computer at home.  

But understanding how robots fit in to your operation is also important.

@Will Barnard I tend to be the guy in the room standing by myself telling everyone to put the pitch forks down and go home, Frankenstein's monster is no threat.It usually cracks me up when folks pick on Fannie/Freddie/Ginnie in the mortgage market.
