Rigo, we are active in the Lehigh valley.

I'm in Northern Westchester County, across the river from Southern Orange, so if you're working in that general area, I'd be happy to try to help you when I'm home on the weekends from my sales job (travel about 40-45 weeks per year).

I’m in the valley and looking to start dipping as well.

I know there are a few more across the river as well.

I just realized I own a condo in Moreno Valley that's going to be in an OZ. 

Preference is to Silicon valley where i live, but considering over heated market here, think investing nearby may not be possible for my budget (about $450K)However there are few areas like Richmond, Stockton/Tracy in this price point, but not much upsides there.
