On top of that I can imagine super deals are gone in minutes or hours after showing up on the market.Now about the niche - I'm very relaxed here.

Here is my take on it- I feel like it is something transitory. the rules around it were very relaxed in the beginning, but now yo ucan see as it gains popularity, the govt wants to be involved in what you can/can't do.

Any time loss you will be made up because you be more relax, efficient, and effective while getting as good or better results.  

A foreclosure and gut rehab would require that kind of financial muscle, but I don't want to get into that, good contractors are impossible to find.

The cool thing was is that it wasn't all about real estate investing it was totally relaxed and we had a great evening socializing and making new friends.

Besides it's use as a bedroom, it could also be perfect as a home office, library or relaxation room. 

Appraisals are much more acclaimed in real estate, but sometimes BPOs fly for more relaxed lending standards.

Relax.

However, based on an MRI that 'lit up' indicating the return of cancer they decided to perform very extensive surgery, only to discover that the inks from her calf muscle tattoos had infiltrated the lymph nodes & were the ONLY cause of the 'false' positive of the MRI.my 2 cents.....

Later as your income increases, you can delegate to others and relax and make up for the vacations you might have missed early on.
