There aren't many investors who take the time or have the courage to do it.Yes, if they are interested in your help, you can get them to give you authorization to talk to their lender and you can work a short sale or if enough equity, just get the bank to postpone until you can close.It's a much better option to buy a property from the owner than bidding with everyone else.
