I am trying to decide to hang in here or move to a more active market like Los Angeles or Orange County.Thoughts anyone?

I am based here in the Los Angeles / Orange County area and I was wondering if anyone has made any deals in this area that can offer some advice or expert opinion.The property is located on the South end of Lavon Lake, walking distance to Avalon park.I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this property with anyone.

I've been studying LOs for a few months now, getting ready to make calls. 

I recently closed on a deal to sell my house in Los Angeles area and I have some capital to buy new property/properties. 

I'm from down south in Los Angeles (investor and loan officer), and have found great success in going an hour or so outside the city.

I have been looking for SFH for my own stay in the Greater Los Angeles area for about 3 weeks.
