Thanks to BP podcast(started at episode 1) I'm separating accounts, finding my team, fixing whats broken, upgrading and improving all facets. 

I'd like to look at another facet.

I have a 5% rate with my parents on two loans, but it does come with strings attached like replacing the kitchen facet, sink drains, and a ceiling fan in one of their rentals yesterday.

Reading conversations, talking for the first time with those who know more than I do, and reading about things that are not directly related to my facets of the business, have really broadened and deepened my understanding in a way that just informational articles or books never could have.I have met ppl from BP, been out to local REI meetings, etc.

Well said @Scott Trench I've been dabbling in different facets of real estate and learning your first point.  

Forums, Facets would be useful to filter the posts, when you are on the Newest or unanswered posts.Blogs, Its hard to scan for blogs.
