At the moment I am trying to figure out what size is perfect, as I get towards that 1.7 million range, my marketing demographic becomes much smaller...Tough decisions already and have not even started haha

Plus you won't be frustrated / discouraged waiting to find the perfect BRRRR I think you will like being an owner rather than an employee!

It is very hard to "perfect BRRRR" here with consistency or anywhere for that matter with today's rate and insurance costs.

We had an internal beta program last year that was good but not perfect, it almost made it out of beta.We’re waiting for the hype to die down a bit and a clearer strategy to emerge before dumping a ton more effort into this.
