I think I will be good at building a real estate portfolio not because I need to do it, but instead because I am passionate about it, and hungry for it.

I am even building a software tool that bridges my two passions...real estate and technology :)  The tool intelligently and automatically sources awesome deals for real estate investors and I would love my fellow BiggerPocketers to check it out because I am building it to help not only myself, but others too! 

I defiantly need to keep improving on my overall knowledge, but I feel I have a great start and we are doing it the right way.I have a full time career that I am passionate about, but it is my and my futures wife's passion and our goal is to create great cash flow from rentals that we can use for other investments. 

I have passionate about real estate and want to learn how to leverage my condo rental properties in single or multi-family deals.

I've read three real estate books already and the more I read the more passionate I become about it.

I've always loved real estate and focused my law practice on property law before deciding to follow my passion. 

After, purchasing my first multi-family home this past year, I've become really interested in the real estate business and look forward on meeting others with same passion for the real estate business.
