They have a fairly reasonable onboarding program with little to no costs. 

Ideally, you MUST require each contractor to submit W9, regardless of the amount and method of payment, as part of your onboarding process.

Way to many plates in the air getting these deals closed and properly onboarded to the property management side of the business.

I have talked to my bank about financing and they are on board with me but I'm just not sure where to look to find multi family homes I follow some real estate pages on fb, but they seem to be off market properties and some seem to good to be true and not sure if they are a good deal or a scam.
