Hey Jake I defnitinly like having the option having private investors but I have yet to acquire them.

Most cost effective option I have found.Guest breaks a refillable container, no problem , $5 or less to repair.

I think there are better options out there - particularly cards that offer cash back and other perks.

My overall goal is to become a mortgage broker as I like the idea of having all lenders as an option and working for my self.I really appreciate the help!
