I haven't had many issues, but there have been a few instances where the STR occupants have been a nuisance to my LTR in the quad.

The negotiation was easily converted to a win-win solution when the home-owner was informed of the "nuisance" status and demolition order hearing the city scheduled...I would be interested networking for a solution on this, please keep me in the loop.

I have a long term rental in Phinney ridge and crime has become more of a nuisance recently to the tenants.

However, there are what I call "nuisance" taxes and fees that can apply. 

They seem to think the late fees are a minor nuisance.

So, you are nothing but a nuisance to 99/100 people you call, and you are doing this only for personal gain.

This guy, also in a small multi-unit (8 plex) became a nuisance with his fellow tenants with his collections of grocery carts holding collected cans, his excessive traffic into his apartment, etc.
