I always wondered why someone like Mike Bloomberg who is worth BILLIONS would want to run for mayo of NY and make 150k a year.It's not always about the money.

I am primarily looking for small multi-family and exploring cities in Ohio like Columbus, Dayton, and Cincinnati, as well as the RTP area in North Carolina.  

looks like they are selling you the business but not the real estate. it looks to be a multi tenant strip mall type property.

My wife and I bought our first STR in April (Smokies) and it's going well but we realize we want to start focusing on single or multi-family.
