NJ is tough for the standard house hack in the modern real estate era.

I've been trying to login to the BiggerPockets website on my laptop and it keep asking me to long in again time after time so is the website acting up or is it just my laptop ?

I am a Futures Trader using a laptop, so, I can relate RE Investing to something like Buying a Stock to hold for a long period of time and Hope and Pray that it will eventually go Up in Value and make me some Money.

But I do spend a bunch of time on my laptop computer.  

A friend reviewed my letter and opined to me that referring to my self as "real estate investor", in my own letter would spook potential clientele due to the negative connotation the phrase has in modern society.

.- Neighborhood averages $136 per sqft for run of the mil homes, comp homes, modernized run on average of $165-$185.  

Matching modern appliances, updated light fixtures, countertops, etc..  

@Hadar Orkibi Other than that you have very high taxes, compared to the USA, and your frequent earthquakes, (which doesn't bother me) NZ is highly educated, very modern, english speaking with a good economy and 1,000 miles from anywhere.

I see the need to be more modern with my organizational skills, but will always have the good ol trusty pen and paper handy!
