Just remember to become a licensed plumber takes longer than becoming a doctor .

That means probably getting two doctors who agree that the person is incapacitated and getting that for someone who is incarcerated is very difficult I'm sure.

After a few months of listening to the BP podcast and learning about house hacking on my own, I have finally decided to introduce myself.I am currently working in the medical office field, and I find myself having to work everyday instead of wanting to work.

Unfortunately, I was involved in an auto accident late last year which is forcing me to be medically seperated from the military and I will likely relocate to Texas near family. 

It's like going to law school to become a doctor.

Good luck with the medical...that whole process is frustrating for sure, but they are better about it nowadays.    

That area is next to a healthcare hub, there is Kings County Hospital, Downstate Medical Center, Kingsbrook Jewish Medical Center and Brookdale Hospital.

It also does well near hospitals and universities, which tend to bring on temporary staff or relocate professors or doctors to the area.

Not assisting living or nursing home but homes for elderly who just can't keep up with their property and want an apartment and maybe someone there encase they need food and to make sure they take medication and if they just need some help.
