It's in a C++ neighborhood, can you put a manufactured house with a block & stucco foundation on the lot?

I'm a general & manufactured home contractor, real estate broker, developer, investor and property manager in the North County Coastal area.

I am currently employed as a senior sales engineer, and my job is to program and sell capital equipment within the industrial automation and manufacturing sector (I figure out ways to reduce labor costs in factories by replacing people with machines.

I might even build the two houses or go the manufactured home route, though the resale value of those isn't great.

They were pre-qualified for an $80k manufactured home recently and will have no problems getting a traditional mortgage on the property after repairs have been completed.  

I'm not sure if this applies to your area but I have found the manufacturing facilities and nuclear plant have scheduled shut downs for maintenance and often time bring specialized crews in to preform the work.  

Interested in manufactured home parks for purchase.  

If your situation exceeds the recommendations of the code book, you're going to be looking at manufactured header material - which are sized either by an engineer or according to specific manufacturer's guidelines.
