With respect to everyone who keeps saying "Don't rush in... take a while... ect, ect, ect, ect" did  I not make it very clear that I don't take the loss of a loved one very well and I go into a very dark place shortly after and let my world fall apart until I come out of the other side?

My intent in earning my license was to gain the ability to subscribe to TMLS for data and to preview listed homes (without relying on a broker) so that I could ensure the deals I'm building pass the giggle test with investors.The vast majority of shops I've contacted - both large and boutique firms - aren't interested in taking on a provisional broker who's current interests are what I've described above and not necessarily building a retail sales pipeline.
