Preferably since we are younger sponsors we initially avoid high octane bridge loans, instead vying for capitalizing renovations with equity and a 5-yr fixed rate loan.

I've found you can negotiate a flat fee service at a slightly higher cost if you prefer consistency of cost over the risk.Fees - not typically large but transaction and back fees can add up in to the hundreds, if not thousands depending on volume and plan type.Income - additionals.

If a cash out refinance, many lenders will allow the cash out to satisfy the reserves requirement.DSCR lenders generally let you vest either individually or as an LLC.

Most everyone has their own preferred streaming services now and it's easy to log in to your own accounts anywhere you go.

This is an amazing space to meet many very smart individuals.

It's great to run into other positive individuals in multifamily space. 

They usually know the order that is preferable based on the work you have planned.

Preferably with 30 fixed conventional loans!
