While I realize that if a person really wants to find out who owns the LLC, they ultimately can with some personal effort or potentially the courts, I didn’t want people to be able to easily look up that information online (ie a simple Google search).

We are very familiar with the area but need advice on how to identify potential opportunities and analyze the deal as an investment property. 

The property owners suffering the most are those that have a roof older than 15-20 years, or those that are in flood zones, both of which can be easily mitigated in your search

Although that particular deal sold, I’m continuing to search for other opportunities and am excited to work toward my first investment property.

I already do not like the idea of them because its how banks just make more money from a reset in mortgage.2) I just recently started searching out more local events in my area to see if I can meet local investors with my pitch. 

When I internet search “residential definition” the first definition is ”designed for people to live in”.
