Call your local lumber house, developers really need wood for framing, better yet, give them a visit to get more attention, when im looking for something, i usually go to a supply house and record conversation on my iphone, sort of saving their time, they are sales people, and you aren't a customer, they won't be as accommodating.

It has apps for iPhone/Android and I can use the software provided to download videos from anywhere if I want to save a section of a recording. 

It was super nice of them to bump this up since...an i phone ...would exceed the previous $500 amount. +1 for the IRS. 

There are PDF study guides for each chapter that I was able to save to my computer and iBooks on my iPhone which enabled me to study on the go. 

From the cheapest to the ridiculously expensive and pretty much all of the ones mentioned above.Ixact has android and iPhone apps,  templated email drip campaigns, powerful categories to help you categorize leads to send email blasts, highly customizable, you can enter copious notes.  

My experience has been that 99% of real estate agents/sellers can't afford to hire a professional photographer and they use their iPhone or Android phone accordingly (and video walk throughs are ANNOYINGLY done in a vertical fashion).If you have a multi-million dollar listing, then you can probably afford a professional photographer, as well as the furniture from a staging company and the models to lay out by the pool during the shoot.Once you consider that, I would recommend Lisa Young in your area - you can Google her work - she will be a good middle market professional photographer in your area.

Lol ….. lot of tech folks that created all of these doesn’t even have a iPhone if not just because we could access office email from there.It is however an ecosystem , I created many technologies where I hate it at the end LoLthe era of 1970 1980 is obviously better than todays era of tech LOL
