For all you BP folks that live, work, and/or invest in the Atlanta area, what would you say are the best and hottest areas of town for flipping and selling houses? 

I think that these three markets will appreciate faster than most of the hottest neighborhoods in the Silicon Valley.What do you think?

I have some cash set aside and was wondering if anyone had any experience in Puerto Vallarta or Playa Del Carmen since i hear those are the hottest 2 spots to consider as an investment.

Rentcafe just published their annual report indicating that Milwaukee is the 3rd hottest rental market in the US (bad for tenants) and we expect more of the same in 2024.

I saw in the news a few weeks ago that the Toronto luxury home market is up 47% from last year and they called it the hottest market in the world right now.  

I agree with JD , if it is stabilized but performing like crap in the hottest market in the universe right now in a hot area ..it isn’t going to get better when the recession hits .

@Johnny Quilenderino had an investment property in Quincy Center, MA - possibly the single hottest market in MA. 

It's one of hardest and hottest markets in the country.
