When I went back to pay the cleaners (we do extra sanitizing after each tenant), the cleaners pointed out that the blinds had been replaced, and were half the size of the original blinds, and didn't reach the bottom of the window.Another example....

You could do an Option to take the property subject-to an existing lien, but it would be much cleaner to have them as two seperate contracts with the Option describing the subject-to tarnsaction.Trying to take an option on an existing sub-2 ?
