But the often shady and unethical practices from the majority can undermine the credibility of the wholesaler and harm the parties involved in the transaction.Enough of an outcry over the years by people that have been defrauded, has initiated  changes to the legality and abilities of a wholesaler to sell without owning a portion of the property for a certain amount of time or limiting the amount of transactions you are able to have without a real estate license.
