Couldn't be happier both financially and sanity-wise.

I also have done multiple investments with them and have a couple more going currently - I couldn't be happier with my returns.

Look at which one is going to leave you happier and more fulfilled, go from there.

The less headaches you have the better and happier you will be.   

If I knew just how good I had it for those 7 years I would have been a much happier child living in that house.

I absolutely believe if his portfolio had a slower start in class B buildings, without the class C drama, his portfolio would twice or three times the size it is now, and he would be happier.

I have adjusted my leases on duplexes so that I am responsible for having the grass cut.Issues I had were providing the mower/shed, lawn being mowed only on one half the yard (side by side), non-mowing tenant leaving dog toys/poop in the grass causing disputes, or grass being neglected altogether.I have adjusted rents up to offset my costs and everybody is happier. 

I actually just made the move from California to the San Antonio area to focus on investment multifamily properties and we couldn’t be happier.
