Sometimes it's better to work alone, keep the money, and invest it as quickly as possible to set up a second income stream that can eventually replace your landscaping business completely.On to greener pastures!

Often times the grass just looks greener on the other side.

We live in the country with the most opportunity on the planet. 

What I am saying is everyone on this planet makes mistakes (I made one, once) and it is better to be hands-on so you can reduce the number of mistakes.

But if someone locked their rate in at low 2%, now they are probably the most happy people on this planet.

United States and Eritrea are the only countries on the planet that tax their citizens where ever they make income so you might not have to worry about double taxation being a Canadian Citizen.

And to be honest, I am "that guy" who even when I am on vacation, on the opposite side of planet earth, in some 3rd world nowhere, the wife says "why are you starring at the building" and I say "wouldn't this run so much better, marketed to westerners, and on a STR type system, with self-check in an..." and right about then she gives that gasp and says "your a sick twisted old man with an addiction" LOL. 

I was raised getting it drilled into my head that water is the most important thing on the planet.

The average person is not very intelligent.Statistically, 50% of the people on this planet are dumber than average (3.5 BILLION people).Some of these people are landlords. 

My whole goal in life is eliminate problems and enjoy life more with the time that I have on this planet.
