I theorize Gen Alpha will be all about Virtual, they are growing up everything Virtual (Virtual Reality, Virtual Machines...etc)

If it was something like leaving a machine on, improper stoarage of flamables, overloading an outlet, etc. there may be liability on the Tenants part.

I went from in my car and on deal machine and handwriting letters to looking at courses, videos, second guessing every move.

In the past month the tenants have had various complaints and 2 weeks ago stated that the refridgerator and the washing machine no longer works.

Though anything hotel will likely not be very fruitful I'd guess for the next few years.If you want to make a lot of money in Wichita and are engineering minded which it seems like you are - teach yourself "programming" for a machine shop - say 4/5ax machines - you can make a killing. 

Wouldn't you think if it was the money I cared about only, I would want to keep this money making machine. 

Just use 4 pieces of paper.One one side of of the 4 sheets of paper write unit #1, unit #2, unit #3(personal), entire building.Then on unit #1 and unit #2 put total rent income and you’re done with income unless the building made income from laundry or vending machines or some such.Then just look at all your expenses (for only 2-3 units this should really be almost nothing unless they are in really bad shape.) your biggies will be insurance, property tax and interest.
