I make a trade, solve a problem for someine else, unravel a puzzle or provide liquidity when others won't.

like i can see people getting addicted to many things in life, but to simply hang around real estate and take no action has puzzled me for ever. 

Surely that was brought up in the action.A LOT is missing here.Very puzzling. 

If you have money to start then it makes it that much easier, bit even if you do why use your income to build it, why not use RE proceeds anyway.I think people overlook the flipping arm as a piece of the puzzle. 

While I have been given great advice and guidance through some of those phone calls, I still have missing pieces to my puzzle.
