In Charleston, SC - maybe a 3/1 rancher in a decent working class neighborhood, probably more like 800-850.Newspaper reports today that average rents are up 9.6% year-over-year.

use them...i have been successful with local newspaper...they have free listing you can put out. some larger news paper charges you..but smaller one do not charge anything. also use online sites that can help you find the right investors!

I can use zillow to baseline properties but I am finding that it doeswnt have the ability to give me real values.For example, we have a very exclusive gated community where I live.

hey whats up k, theres a ton of forclusre listing in bridgeport, in the saturday ct post (newspaper). i looked online they have a section for forclosures but none listed tonite maybe the do it satuday like the print edition. http://connpost.kaango.com/feListAds/categoryID/775 , i called on one friday but it was cancelled most have been snacthed up by an investor, also i belong to reality trac and there a ton there also,but not all the one's that are in the paper thats why you have to do both. hope this helps
