I mean, I have examined the title records on the property for the last 70 years via the county's online records system.

And hand delivery it to building office and fill out paper work for permit and ask to see a plans examiner .

Examined the rest of the leases and one other tenant had this in his lease as well (total of 1800$).I was not credited by the seller for these amounts (verified in the CD).1.

#adaptPhillip Dwyer I would like to see the increase on that stat from the past couple weeks. 

By some metrics, pricing here actually went up 1-2% over the last month, but it’s hard to read the tea leaves and really compare stats accurately to pre-COVID times this soon IMO considering all the new variables like showings only recently being allowed again and the fact that we have about half the inventory/sales activity as normal).

I recently became a Pro member and have been working with the different calculators and analysis tools examining several deals a night.
