Sewer issues in Chicago are very common which is why I ALWAYS recommend / almost require my clients to get them done + if there's trees in front or in the back of a property, there will almost always be plumbing issues + needed rodding. 

We already signed the purchase agreement several months ago...it has been on hold while they mitigated a pest control issue that has taken 2 months.If it's that important, make it part of your purchase agreement.

If you didn't do any testing, you are definitely going to have an issue if the house was covered in mold.

I am having the same connection issues with Stessa and they haven't been able to get it fixed.

I agree they had communication issues during a transition period that we dealt with, but things have improved from last year. 

I’m having issues with them as they’ve grown & only worried about their  reputation & anyway to make extra money.

Hello Charlie, You are right that a community of individual homes is difficult for delivery of daily care for assistance with mobility issues and cognitive decline.

The minimum "initial" lease term in Atlanta is 2 or 3 months, so they don't qualify as STRs, and thus don't have the same regulatory issues.
