I am looking for any investors in New England who have any experience with house hacking. 

Those areas have far better skiing (WAY taller mtns), far better hiking (WAY taller mtns, better views) & WAY better fall foliage (better in New England than PA).

I am not a fan of New England winters.

You could probably rent 700-900 bucks per bedroom pending your area or the whole house for 3K+ pending your area (I'm using New England numbers).

Or if you want to stay local Bank of England mortgage is great.I read your profile a little and if you are looking for the 2% rule those are going to be up in Crestview in C- or D areas. 

Around here (new England) Tesla's have trouble maintaining consistent range and performance simply due to weather changes.Btw....bed covers exist.
