I've tried googling many times but its an endless loop about developer potentially for properties with several acres. 

Also I’m a competitive runner so I go for a run with music where I just have some fun on the run.

I have had "meetings" with a few brokers and honestly am unable to decipher between all the fluff (we will make you successful, we have endless training, our average agent produces $7 million and makes $150K etc.) and brokers who will genuinely provide support and help you grow.

The lessons are endless.

You could buy it together and then quit claim it to an LLC, but there are risks to that strategy as well- endless threads here on the forum about that, so I won't belabor the point. 

However, there are endless "small towns" that are gaining BIG popularity in the STR markets but of course you have to do your homework and it depends on your strategy. 

The options are pretty much endless. 

I am looking to buy a multi property in a good location that will appreciate and I am willing to fix up the place but I wouldn’t have the money for the fixing part endless I get a 203k loan.
