I’ve encountered this issue on numerous occasions.  

Most of these scams are not done in person.  

Aside from having to put 10-20% down to secure the loan, what can I expect to encounter when dealing with hard money lenders in terms of interest rates, points, getting the funds from them to pay contractors/buy supplies, etc.

They are walking all over you and you need to find a way to put your foot down.Mold is one of the fastest-growing scams wielded by tenants.

People tend to believe that the danger that they face in taking action is far worse than what they will likely encounter in reality.

Morris Invest is a scam and they buy properties in D class areas and then try to play them off as if they are in great areas with awesome rents.

I real outgoing and lively so this wont be an awkward encounter I promise haha.

What i encountered in the entire mid Atlantic and southeast markets, via brokers and loopnet, was a sellers market.

And what if they'd bring out that one post, out of context, and tell the judge 'see, he has a history of scamming people..' or something.
