Sean O'Toole is the creator and he seems very legit.

There are lots of industries to support the economy - with Redstone Arsenal being the biggie, and as John already mentioned it is growing - Remmington and Polaris are just a few new job creators headed this way.  

However I dismissed the potential of what I saw around me, and never thought to be a part of the industry, as I am first and foremost an artist, and because I had simply and unfortunately written myself off as "not an investor" and having "too little money" to ever play or even understand the game.It was only hardly 1 month go someone actually handed me, "The Millionaire Real Estate Investor", and for the first time, I was completely empowered that I actually may have it within me to take the steps to learn what it takes to become a successful investor.  

I feel empowered by all answers.

The coaches, events, networking, and drive is extremely empowering.

Get the SBA the ability to empower more startups in that sector, and like magic, more supply comes into existence. 

If you can pull the equity out via refinance to redeploy on another property, this property's cash-flow would decrease, but you'll now have two properties taking advantage of the 5 wealth creators (cash-flow, debt pay down, appreciation, tax benefits, & inflation hedge)- It really depends on your long-term goals.  

When you empower people and surround them with other empowered people with a passion that they feel aligned with, they get themselves in gear and motivated…whereas when you are at a job, employees do the absolute minimum to not get fired and their bosses are doing the same thing.

The creator started NS while getting his PhD, I would definitely put some weight behind the data.
