So it sounds like they wanted to see you maintain deposit accounts with the bank and now they have possibly removed a discount they had given you when you took out the loans?  

Once you figure out pricing for weekdays, you can also start offering those additional weeknights to your weekend guests for a discounted rate.

I am a Realtor here in San Antonio that only does off-market or discounted on market deals.

There is one right now that is offering a 3% discount and they will pay for three years of HOA maint fee for their 2-3 bedrooms.

I used Design Appruv on my first ADU and they have since gone bankrupt and stole everyone's money :/...so don't use them, but do look up their Yelp reviews if you want a good chuckle.My buddy CJ just left ADU Geeks and is starting his own company - I think for quite a significant discount. 

I prefer under-valued, distressed, poorly managed, properties needing updating/rehabbing in markets where I can buy at a discount and build equity and cash flow for my time and investment.

From what I've heard some real estate buying agents are moving on to become TC, others are considering the fix & flip business model capitalizing on what they do know and that is locating discounted properties coupled with there knowledge of sales simply need financial backing.
