How long have you had your properties, and what’s your biggest challenge scaling up?

Do you think there are certain areas in Texas where this model still works well, or is it becoming more challenging statewide?

Talking with clients, literally every day for the past 20 months, has given me a lot of insight into what kinds of challenges they face with STR software.I am just looking to network, maybe answer a few questions, and learn something.

The market has its challenges, but I’ve found that with the right approach, there are definitely opportunities to be had.

Texas is one of the top states for house flipping, but it comes with challenges like fluctuating property values and renovation costs.

If they are in a challenging financial position, I might offer to assist with moving costs.

there are so many forum posts on BP from folks who bought a random property in a 'low cost' market and got crushed by deferred maintenance or challenging tenants.i looked at a few of your other posts.
