I can't imagine too many people would put up with that long of a daily commute.  

I have an out of area realtor, that has hooked me up with daily MLS stats, so he may be able to help me with this as well. 

So to begin I’ve been trying to review MLS listings daily and I just contacted my realtor to get Hot Sheets emailed for properties that fit what I’m looking for.

@Anthony Gayden I wouldn't say Pyramid scheme, however I do see predatory practices daily, Guru's, and some of the bad property sellers ripping off the uneducated population on a regular basis.

They have a daily radio program from 12-1 on I believe am 530.

@Mary BygarI work with @David Ribardo who is a real estate agent in the Lehigh Valley County.He is a real estate investor himself so he may be able to give you an insight that other agents may not be able to do.He has me set up for a daily email that gives me updates to the MLS(new listings + price changes).

On the RVs you’ll want to know how long those people have been there, do they pay annually or do they only stay for the 3-4mo “season”, if seasonal do they pay a premium versus the annual, are sites open for short term stays (daily/weekly), how are the surrounding RV parks occupancy...The longer the term the easier to manage, less of a business.

Any needed repair that is causing damage to the premises such as plumbing leaks, roof leaks, and any sort of moisture must be reported to the Lessor immediately.
