I've seen an overwhelming amount of utterly freakish craziness up close and personal, and I can confidently bear witness that white people always end up being the freakiest freaks of all.I was going to call BS on this one when I stopped and thought....Hmmmm... every customer I had as a GC that was an absolute insane nightmare.....was an white uber-rich entitled A-hole.

His report was delivered in his website where we could download I believe if we wanted to and it shows in detail what his thoughts are for each issues with pictures.

I sent my runner over to take pictures of all 4 properties and have interested buyers. 

The other thing is coming off like an interested customer. 

Maybe have a golf shirt with a customized design or wear a novelty tie that speaks to your personality.

We have 800 customers and about 650 are on autopay. 

It is the only venue I know of that does not use hype or hard sell tactics to get customers.  

Granted, I do have great pictures of the property when its vacant, so I was wondering if I could just use those, clean up, and have the property ready for the new tenant to move in within the same month that the current tenant leaves... all without ever showing it in person before-hand. 

In fact, the judge may be far more lenient to the tenant.I never charge something against a deposit unless I have visual proof (pictures, video, documents) to back my claim.
