You can not always increase prices to the consumer to compensate so it starts eroding profit margin with the same sales.This is why regardless of the marketplace the cheese and pepperoni etc. will not cost you above a certain price per pound with the big guys.

When I was in Homer I rented one of the Homer Seaside Cottages near Old Town and Bishop's Beach from September to May then had to move out to make way for the summer tourist season - I ended up moving into a daylight basement apartment at a home about 8 miles out East End Road for the Summer.
