It's in a great neighborhood and only three blocks from the beach front.

It is a few blocks from the westminster mall and 2 miles from the beach and in a nice neighborhood.Asking is $530k and is being sold by family that acquired the home from another member.

That does usually mean you'd have to share profits but it is a great way to learn the process from those who have been around the block so to speak.

Well, now I could care less about his feelings and am curious if I can bring in 40 yards of rock, and pour a nice concrete road from the state road to the edge of my property and still be within my legal rights.

I like simple finishes like concrete floors.

These properties may also not be new to the auction block, and could be a result of a failed bid.

It's definitly a block by block case in that area and some streets can be very sketchy.

When I first used is before upgrading I was able to expand the repair cost and enter itemized details, such as roofing cost, concrete, Etc.Regards Leo Carrell

I'm thinking about going the vinyl fencing or block fencing route to reduce  maintenance costs as the property will be a rental in the future.
